You know how you often go through swings in the frequency of your workouts? You'll work out a bunch for a while... then a little... then maybe not at all... and then back to working out? I went through one of those swings. Wasn't really working out and then jumped all the way back in, running and lifting and working hard. Pretty drastic swing in working out.

I’ve been taking omegas for many years. My chiropractor recommended I switch from my previous high quality NSF brand to BPN because they have a higher concentration. I just started using this recently. Definitely easy to swallow for it being a larger pill! Not much of a fishy aftertaste! I have acid reflux so occasionally I do get a little bit of a fishy taste, but more often than not, its been great!!!
