You know how you often go through swings in the frequency of your workouts? You'll work out a bunch for a while... then a little... then maybe not at all... and then back to working out? I went through one of those swings. Wasn't really working out and then jumped all the way back in, running and lifting and working hard. Pretty drastic swing in working out.

I bought this product for my mom who got back into running recently. Her knees and joints were bothering her quite a bit.
