HOW TO USE

  • Non-Caffeinated: Consume 1 Go Gel 15 minutes prior to exercise. During exercise we recommend 1 Go Gel every 30-45 minutes.
  • Caffeinated: Consume 1 Caffeinated Go Gel 15 minutes prior to exercise. Do not consume more than 2 gels every 3-4 hours. Do not consume more than 5 gels within a 24-hour period.

Without refueling, your performance will decline. We created the Go Gel to give your body fuel in an easy-to-consume gel pouch.

The Go Gel was designed to solve real problems that you face. Many endurance gels in the market can cause stomach discomfort and aren't made with whole food ingredients. We decided to source ingredients from whole foods so your body can digest them quickly and give you fuel made with top-quality ingredients.

Is The Go Gel Gluten Free?

Yes, the Go Gel is a gluten free product. We test every batch to ensure our quality standards. **According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) a product is considered "gluten free" as long as it contains less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten.

How Does The Go Gel Stay Fresh Without Preservatives?

We use a hot-fill process to naturally preserve the Go Gel. Hot-fill is a packaging and processing technique in which heat is used to sterilize the food product and subsequently the inner surface of the container during the filling process.

IS THE GO GEL THIRD-PARTY TESTED FOR BANNED SUBSTANCES?

Yes, the Go Gel is tested by a third party to verify it does not contain unsafe levels of contaminants, prohibited substances, or masking agents and that what is on the label matches what is in the product. Consumers can feel safe using BPN products, knowing they have been tested to the highest standards, manufactured at a GMP-certified facility, and audited regularly.

Does BPN Test For Label Accuracy?

    Had these for the first time during Natchez Trace Trail 50 mile run. Definitely gives you the little extra boost without the thick chewy feeling like a lot of gels! Switched off between these and regular GO gels pretty much the entire race.

    My Favorite Flavor

    I am in the process of training for my first marathon, and I have never tried any Gel before. I tried the Apple Cinnamon Go Gel and definitely felt good on my runs. The flavor was not the best but I still liked it. I tried the Mango flavor next and felt the same way. When the Mixed Berry with caffeine came out I knew I had to try them too. I have to admit that the Mix Berry is my favorite flavor and I feel like the caffeine gives me an extra boost as well. My Marathon will be this weekend in D.C. and I'm excited to take my Mixed Berry Go Gels along the route to finish strong. Semper Fi.

    I love the the gels

    I have done many endurance events over a span of 20 years and have used many supplements throughout. However none of those have given me better performance than what BPN gels provide. This year I was able to accomplish the Leadville 100 MTB ride under 12 hours and a few short weeks later climb a Colorado fourteen thousand foot peek and two weeks later finish a marathon in Boulder Colorado with great success with the help of BPN gels and other BPN products. I love the arsenal of nutrition provided, quality of the products, the taste, and will continue to use them in the future!

    Great source of Energy

    I use these for my ultramarathon events and training. Gives me the calories I need without the GI issues I would get from other gel sources.

    My last 50 mile race I set a PR time of 10:38 fastest time by a hour. Never a drop in energy or upset stomach.

    I had been using GU Gels for years and switched to GO Gels after having so much success with G1M Sport. The taste is amazing and super easy to consume on the bike or while running. It was easy on my gut and delivered the energy required. BPN products are taking over my supplement cabinet.
