i'm convinced these reviews are bots or in exchange for free product / discounts. a friend took these for three weeks and reported having to poop way more than normal. i thought he was making it up, but after only taking these for almost a week i've pooped more times than i'd like to admit in one day, to include mid run. how is this an endurance product if it gets in the way of my run. i think they had a different type of runs in mind.
