Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of a subscription or deferred purchase from Bare Performance Nutrition (“BPN”). By purchasing a subscription or making a deferred purchase, you agree to these Subscription Terms.


Payment Details

If you purchase a subscription or deferred purchase, you agree that your payment details will be stored securely by a third-party payment processor and you will be charged for each of the deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance, while the subscription remains active. 


Product Pricing and Discounts

If a subscription discount is offered at the time of purchase, the discount shall continue to be applied for the duration of your subscription until you cancel. You may pause or skip deliveries of your subscription or change the flavor of your product and the discount will continue to apply to future orders until cancellation. BPN reserves the right to update product pricing. BPN will provide at least seven (7) days’ prior written notice (via email) should the product pricing or applicable discount change during your subscription term.


Delivery Frequency

When you opt into a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected interval unless cancelled or adjusted at least 24 hours prior to the fulfillment date. You will receive an order reminder email four (4) days before each subscription order is processed, allowing time for edits or cancellation if needed.


Subscription Cancellation

You will receive an email reminder regarding your subscription at least four (4) days prior to the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please use one of the following methods: 

  • You may cancel your subscription within your Account available at https://www.bareperformancenutrition.com/account/.

  • You may email us at [email protected] and request that we cancel your subscription.

  • You may reply to your order confirmation email to receive cancellation support. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. 

Please note that fulfillment moves quickly. Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, the subscription can no longer be cancelled for the current shipment. However, you may cancel your subscription for future shipments at any time.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm the cancellation via email and issue a refund (if applicable).  Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Subscription Adjustments

Not less than 24 hours prior to the renewal of your subscription, you may pause, skip, cancel, or change the product flavor of your subscription. This can be done via your Account Dashboard or via the Subscription Manager link included in your subscription reminder email.


Subscriptions that Cannot Be Cancelled

An order that is part of a subscription that has already been fulfilled and shipped may not be cancelled. If this occurs, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps once the item has been delivered.


Right to Refuse Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined herein.
