You know how you often go through swings in the frequency of your workouts? You'll work out a bunch for a while... then a little... then maybe not at all... and then back to working out? I went through one of those swings. Wasn't really working out and then jumped all the way back in, running and lifting and working hard. Pretty drastic swing in working out.

I was really excited to try this supplement because of all the raving reviews saying no fish burps, plus I trust this brand’s QA. But I still had fish burps… a lot. Am I doing something wrong?! I took them with food and everything but I honestly don’t know how I’m going to finish this bottle. Maybe this just is what it is with taking Omega supps. 🤷♀️
