HOW TO USE
- Add 1 scoop to 15-20 oz of water and mix. To start, consume 1 serving per hour of exercise to refuel with carbohydrates and replenish the electrolytes lost during training sessions.
- Use before training, during training, or after training.
INGREDIENTS
Cluster Dextrin®
Cluster Dextrin® is known as Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (HBCD). Cluster Dextrin® has a high molecular weight and is very fast gastric emptying. This means that it passes through your stomach at a faster rate, compared to other carbohydrate sources, which makes it more readily available for your body to use as energy without stomach discomfort or bloating (due to Cluster Dextrin®'s low osmotic pressure).
In addition to Cluster Dextrin®'s fast gastric emptying rate, it also provides a sustained release of energy without a sudden spike in blood sugar or insulin response.
Electrolytes
We decided to source the sodium from Pink Himalayan Salt, which is free of additives and naturally contains up to 84 different minerals in trace amounts.
Our other electrolytes are sourced from Albion®, a trusted source of safe, proven, and effective organic minerals. The proven effectiveness of Albion® minerals, chelated for better absorption, ensures your confidence in our product. They are more easily absorbed into the human body and have been scientifically proven to cause less gastric upset.

I was super excited to get G-1-M Sport for my runs. I’m currently training for my first full marathon. Mountains to Beach👍🏼. I have completed multiple Ironman70.3 races. Now I’m ready for the big one. I was feeling sluggish with long run Saturday’s. I needed something to keep me going. I’ve used it for both of my long runs and I have felt great! One run was 6 miles, and the other was 8. I’ve used half scoops for some lighter training days and also felt great.

I've been using G.1.M Sport/Endurance + for a couple of weeks now. I do a lot of trail running, mostly mountainous terrain here in Western Maine. The product definitely gives me the needed boost and mental awarness for distance and elevation gains.
I also received a damaged package, due to the USPS. They put a different product into my package (I assume somebody got my product). I contacted BPN and they sent me a replacement within a couple of days. That saved me the Hassel of filing a claim with the post office. I was very pleased with the service.

Perfect for those alpine starts. It’s usually tough to get food in at elevation and with little sleep. G1M is perfect as it’s light on the stomach/ back pack, and easy enough to get in the required nutrients for a climb.
