First time carb fueled now a convert.
After trying many times to fuel for hard or long runs with food and running into issues with nausea, I finally tried this drink instead. It goes down easy, fuels as much as you want, gives you sodium to replace your sweat, and I have no nausea. A scoop or two (for a longer run) make a difference especially if you are in a caloric deficit at all. I got it as a free sample of individual packets and will pick up a tub next.
