I normally wouldn’t make a big deal out of this, however customer service literally told me, when asked, that the logo was and I quote:

The “Go One More” on the BPN x Ciele™ Endurance Cap is embroidered directly into the fabric—it’s stitched on, not a sticker. You can check out all the details here: BPN x Ciele™ Endurance Cap.

Hope the letters don’t fall off as they’re just a sticker of sorts.

Love the hat I just wish the lettering wasn’t coming off the front and side. It’s super light weight. Maybe stitch all the writing instead of just the Ciele on the left side and bare performance nutrition that’s in the rear of the hat. I did follow the care instructions as well.

Great hat, lightweight hardly can tell it’s on. However the lettering tends to come off with a lot of use. Would love to see a hat with the “go one more” stitched on like the Ciele logo is. Even with the letters falling off this hat will last forever

I’ve been really impressed with this white endurance cap from BPN. It’s super lightweight, looks great, and the white color feels especially clutch on those runs when the sun is relentless and the UV is through the roof. It genuinely helps keep things a little cooler.

It’s easy to clean, just hang dry it and you’re good to go. That said, I accidentally tossed it in the dryer once and… no disaster. Still held up just fine.

The material and design are both top notch, and even the underside of the bill has a clean, sharp look. Just an all-around solid hat that performs well and looks even better.

All silkscreen letters came off. Only happened with the black model which is washed together with red and yellow model that i also have. I don't believe be a mistake with the washing process.
