What time does the sale start?
November 17th at 10am CST
Sale will end on November 18th at 11:59pm CST
What discounts are being offered?
All products are 20% off with 30% off on select items, and new subscriptions will receive 20% off for life.
International shoppers can also take advantage of sale pricing at a later date on iHerb.com. Their sale dates are Friday, November 28 - Monday, December 1.
Can I get early access to the sale?
The sale will start at the same time for everyone, 10am CST on Monday, November 17.
Can I build my order before the sale and complete checkout once it has begun?
No, any items in your cart before the sale starts will not receive sale pricing. We suggest setting a reminder for 10am CST so you can complete your order quickly.
How can I receive the free hat?
For the first hour only, orders that exceed $99 USD (before shipping & taxes) are eligible to receive the hat, while supplies last.
Please note that subscription orders scheduled to process during the sale will not qualify for the hat.
How will I know if my order received the hat?
If your order is eligible, a hat will be automatically added to the cart. As long as the items in your cart total $99+ USD, you will see the hat added to your other items.
Once your hat is secured, you will see it included at checkout and your confirmation email.
Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed. If you have placed an order incorrectly, please create a new order with the desired items.
Then, email [email protected] with the order number you wish to cancel and we’ll do our best to cancel it. In the event that it cannot be cancelled, you are welcome to submit a return request for a refund once you receive your package.
If your order is already in fulfillment or you have received a shipping notification email, we cannot cancel the order.
How will existing subscriptions work during the sale?
Subscription orders that are scheduled to process during the sale (November 17 & 18) will receive 20% off to match sale pricing. Your discount will return to the standard amount after these dates. Subscription orders that process during the sale will not qualify for the free hat, so a separate order will need to be eligible.
Wanting to take advantage of the sale and stock up? You can now pause your subscription for a set duration and it will automatically reactivate on that date.
Will the military discount and First Responder discount be valid during the sale?
Your discounts will not stack on top of sale prices, but worry not - sale discounts exceed the 15% you typically receive, so you’re getting the best deal. You will then receive your 15% discount again once the sale has ended.
Can I stack gift cards or discount codes?
No. During the sale, 20% off will automatically be applied at checkout and no other discounts are eligible. Gift cards will not be active during the sale.
Will Black Friday discounts be available outside of the United States?
Yes, all discounts are available to our entire customer base.
Will shipping times be affected by the sale?
Since order volume is high, we do anticipate order fulfillment to take a little longer than normal. Our fulfillment timeline during the sale is 3-7 business days to get the package out with the carrier and an additional 2-8 business days for transit and delivery, depending on your region.
Delivery timelines are always an estimate but tracking will be available so you know when to anticipate your order once it ships. This is the biggest shopping season of the year and we appreciate your patience if shipments are running late.
How long will it take to hear from customer support?
Things get super busy for our team during this time so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't worry - we'll be working round the clock to answer your emails, texts, and DMs.
Please refrain from submitting multiple requests to contact our team. All emails are responded to in the order that they were received and additional emails will only bump the original email to the bottom of the queue.
What if I miss the sale, can sale discounts still be received?
Black Friday pricing is only available during the sale period (November 17-18). If you just missed it, BPN products will also be discounted on Amazon for Prime Days from November 28 - December 1.
Will I need to put a code in at checkout?
No code is needed, everything on the site will already be discounted.
