Fall is here and your overnight oats probably need a little bit of a flavor upgrade! Our pumpkin spice overnight oats recipe brings together the best of both worlds - quick and delicious!
Take a few minutes to prepare this recipe the night before, and you’ll have a delicious, protein-packed breakfast ready to go as soon as you wake up!
Ingredients
1 scoop of Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein
½ cup of old fashioned oats
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup pure pumpkin purée
2 tbsp fat free, sugar free butterscotch jello mix
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix together oats and protein powder in a mason jar or Tupperware container. Mixing the protein powder into the oats first helps ensure it’s evenly distributed.
Mix in butterscotch jello mix
Stir in pumpkin puree and milk until evenly mixed.
Refrigerate overnight, for at least 12 hours.
Remove and top with whatever you’re in the mood for! For this recipe, we sprinkled cinnamon and cacao nibs!
