If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from www.bareperformancenutrition.com, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to be issued a full product refund. To get started, contact us with your order number and refund request:

*Exchanges are available for apparel/gear within 30 days of purchase (inventory levels permitting). They must be in unworn/new condition AND in their original packaging. To begin your exchange, contact us with a photo of your item and your order number:
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email from the Bare Performance Nutrition team that provides you tracking information.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online and an additional 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered (within the continental United States).
*International orders typically take 2-7 business days to be delivered.
If you are having issues with the delivery of your order, or if you never received your shipment, we ask that you please follow the below guidelines:
- Due to ongoing shipping carrier delays, we ask that you please wait three full business days upon your shipment being marked "delivered" before emailing BPN's Customer Success Team.
- If your oder has still not arrived after three business days, please email [email protected] with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. BPN is committed to ensuring our customers receive what they paid for.
- Inquires must be sent to the Customer Success Team within three weeks of your shipment marked "delivered".
Domestic Shipping
Products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States as well as overseas APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- All United States orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
- The estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-3 business days.
- The estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed is 3-6 business days (shipping and fulfillment times may be extended during busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters).
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address that was input during checkout once your order is shipped.
- If your "ship to address" cannot receive a certain postal carrier, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on Continental US orders over $99.
*Order subtotal must be $99 or greater before calculating discounts minus any state and local taxes to be eligible. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US protectorates.
International Shipping
Our products can also be shipped internationally.
We have partnered with a European-based supplement distributor, A-list Nutrition. To access the full line of supplements, we recommend ordering from our European Retailer HERE.
- We are also partnered with an online Australian supplement retailer, Massive Joes. If you are based in Australia and want to save on shipping and possible duty fees, please shop HERE.
- Currently, from our international list of countries, we can ship all of our products from our warehouse to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, South Africa, & Hong Kong.
- Additionally, we ship all products except for whey protein & field bars to the United Kingdom. **Meat and milk products cannot be shipped from the United States directly to consumers within these European countries.
- Most International shipments will be sent via FedEx International, aside from lightweight shipments, which may be sent using USPS International.
*International orders may be subject to customs fees. Your country's customs department may be more sensitive to assessing these fees. Shipping costs charged by Bare Performance Nutrition do not include customs duties and taxes. These additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout at the time the order is shipped.

Order Tracking
Your tracking number that is sent via email may not update until the postal carrier initially scans it in. Please give the tracking number 24 hours to initially update.
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and additional taxes.
Your country's customs department may be more sensitive to assessing these fees. Shipping costs charged by Bare Performance Nutrition do not include customs duties and taxes.
These additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, our products are tested and certified by Informed Sport.
Informed Sport is a global independent supplement testing and certification program designed to test supplements for elite athletes and drug-tested personnel. It is the only global certification program that tests every single batch of product before it’s released to the market.
Products are tested against the various prohibited substance lists including, but not limited to, WADA, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, PGA, LPGA, WTA, NCAA, and USADA. Testing includes over 250+ prohibited substances in sport. When an athlete sees the Informed Sport quality mark, they can know it has been tested to the highest of standards. With Informed Sport, you can be confident your reputation is in safe hands.
We have the Proposition 65 warning on certain products in the Bare Performance Nutrition supplement line in order to be compliant with law required by the State of California. There are ingredients in some of our products that are grown from soil, which naturally contains minerals and metals that are on the list for Proposition 65. Californian law requires us to put this notice on our products if we have any ingredient that tests over 1/1000th of what the World Health Organization deems as "Safe Harbor Levels" of a large list of chemicals, including naturally occurring minerals.
You can rest assured that Bare Performance Nutrition supplements meet federal safety limits on potentially toxic substances, regardless of laws set in place by any particular state. Before ANY batch of our supplements is shipped to our distribution center from our manufacturer, they are tested for various heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, and chemical adulterants, and receive their certificates of analysis showing that they are compliant with laws set in place by the United States Pharmacopeia.

Nick Bare founded Bare Performance Nutrition in 2012 out of his small college apartment in Western Pennsylvania at the Indiana University of PA. During this time, Nick was studying nutrition and on the path of joining the military upon graduation. The company was built upon the values of transparency and service from its infant stages of launch and today remain instilled in the brand's primary mission.
After graduating college, Nick was commissioned into the US Army as an Infantry Officer, where he spent the next four years completing various military training schools, such as Ranger School and Airborne School, before taking his position as an Infantry Platoon Leader stationed out of Texas. During his time in the military, Nick learned the values of leadership, integrity, and team building which have been directly applied to Bare Performance Nutrition.

Our GMP-certified manufacturer provides us with a certificate of analysis (COA) upon completion of every product. The COA will identify our testing protocols for heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, and allergens.

As of right now, we do not offer any internship programs or opportunities at Bare Performance Nutrition. The team does not feel like we would be able to dedicate the amount of time to an individual as they would deserve and respect in that type of situation.
While we currently aren’t taking on any internships - we are always growing, changing, and expanding! Internships could be something that we do offer in the future, so if you follow the brand in any way, keep an eye out for any announcements on social media!
