Our whey protein isolate comes from Irish cows grazing an average of 250+ days a year, so the grass-fed claim on this label holds up to a question.Here's the part most brands skip: there is no true 100% grass-fed whey protein on the market. is this 100% grass fed whey?
No, and no one else's is either.Our Whey Protein Isolate is 95% grass fed. Our research found there isn't a true 100% grass-fed whey protein on the market, and 95% is roughly as high as it realistically gets. Our cows graze an average of 250+ days a year.We'd rather tell you the ceiling than pretend we cleared it.

When and how to use Whey Protein Isolate?
Add one scoop to 6-8 oz of cold water, milk, or a milk substitute. Use less liquid for a thicker shake, more for a thinner one.After training is the most common use, and a good one. It's also an easy way to close the gap on days when your protein total is falling short: between meals, in a smoothie, or stirred into oats in the morning.The number that matters is your daily total. Timing is a refinement.

How is Whey Protein Isolate made?

It starts as fresh Irish milk. The whey is separated, then filtered using Cross Flow Microfiltration, a gentle, non-chemical process that removes fat, lactose, and denatured proteins while preserving nearly 100% of the native whey proteins.The result is a highly purified, instantized protein with a complete amino acid profile, rich in BCAAs and leucine to support recovery and lean muscle.

What's the difference between this and your Whey Protein?
Our Whey Protein is a whey-casein blend. The casein thickens it and slows digestion, which makes it a strong choice for baking, smoothies, and stretches of the day when you want the protein to stay with you.This isolate is filtered further. Most of the fat and lactose come out, leaving a lighter, faster-digesting shake with minimal lactose.If dairy doesn't bother you, either one works. If it does, start here.

Is BPN's Whey Protein Isolate gluten free?
Yes, our Whey Protein is a gluten free product.We test every batch to ensure our quality standards. **According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) a product is considered"gluten free" as long as it contains less than 20parts per million (ppm) of gluten.

Is BPN's Whey Protein Isolate third-party tested for banned substances?
Yes, Whey Protein Isolate is enrolled in NSF's Certified for Sport® Program. In addition to testing for over 290+ athletic banned substances, products bearing the Certified for Sport® mark on package must be produced in a manufacturing facility that complies with cGMP requirements. If you use a BPN product that bears the NSF Certified for Sport® mark, you can be confident that its contents were thoroughly tested by one of the most respected certifiers in the world.

Does BPN test for label accuracy?
All BPN products are enrolled in the NSF Contents Certified Certification Program. The product and label are tested to verify product formulation and label claims, to be sure that what’s on the label is in the product. Chemical and contaminant testing is also conducted to make sure there are no potentially harmful levels of specific contaminants, pesticides, heavy metals, and more. In addition, a toxicological review of the label is performed to make sure all ingredients are allowed to be used in a product and that the amount of each ingredient does not exceed typical use levels established by NSF.
