How to Use

  • Add 1 scoop to 15-20 oz of water and mix.
  • Consume 20-30 minutes prior to endurance training.
  • Note: For best results, mix with lukewarm water. Cold water can shock the components and lend to clumping. Once mixed, add ice or chill.
  • Add additional servings of Original G.1.M Sport for more carbohydrates and electrolytes throughout your workout.

Ingredients

Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine Anhydrous stimulates the central nervous system by blocking adenosine, a neurotransmitter that normally causes a calming effect in the body. Ingestion of caffeine before exercise has been found to provide extended endurance in moderately strenuous training.†

Alpha GPC

Alpha GPC is considered to be one of the most effective brain nutrients in the world. It has an interesting utility in "mind-to-muscle" sports nutrition, where it acts to optimize muscular output, sharpen agility and also delay mental fatigue. This is due to its action involving motor unit activation of muscle fibers and subsequent muscle contraction, as well as due to its mental sharpness benefits.†

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine

Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid and a precursor for epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. These chemicals primarily produce alertness, increased energy, and improved mental focus.†

Cluster Dextrin®

Cluster Dextrin® is known as Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (HBCD). Cluster Dextrin® has a high molecular weight and is very fast gastric emptying. This means that it passes through your stomach at a faster rate, compared to other carbohydrate sources, which makes it more readily available for your body to use as energy without stomach discomfort or bloating (due to Cluster Dextrin®'s low osmotic pressure).

In addition to Cluster Dextrin®'s fast gastric emptying rate, it also provides a sustained release of energy without a sudden spike in blood sugar or insulin response.†

Electrolytes

We decided to source the sodium from Pink Himalayan Salt, which is free of additives and naturally contains up to 84 different minerals in trace amounts.

When and how to use G.1.M Sport+?

Is G.1.M Sport+ gluten free?
Yes, G.1.M Sport+ is a gluten free product. We test every batch to ensure our quality standards. **According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) a product is considered "gluten free" as long as it contains less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten.

Is G.1.M Sport+ third-party tested for banned substances?
Yes, G.1.M Sport+ is enrolled in NSF's Certified for Sport® Program. In addition to testing for over 290+ athletic banned substances, products bearing the Certified for Sport® mark on package must be produced in a manufacturing facility that complies with cGMP requirements. If you use a BPN product that bears the NSF Certified for Sport® mark, you can be confident that its contents were thoroughly tested by one of the most respected certifiers in the world.

Does BPN test for label accuracy?
All BPN products are enrolled in the NSF Contents Certified Certification Program. The product and label are tested to verify product formulation and label claims, to be sure that what’s on the label is in the product. Chemical and contaminant testing is also conducted to make sure there are no potentially harmful levels of specific contaminants, pesticides, heavy metals, and more. In addition, a toxicological review of the label is performed to make sure all ingredients are allowed to be used in a product and that the amount of each ingredient does not exceed typical use levels established by NSF.

    Great Preworkout Subsitute and Great for Endurance training

    My first time taking this was before treadmill runs while training for a 10k. These were fasted runs and I noticed I wasn't fatigued after the runs and it even gave me energy to run further/with more ease during my training compared to the same training without the supplement. I also noticed that I was able to run the 10k race on a hot summer morning with less fatigue and I ended the race with less fatigue than I usually do. By comparison, the year prior, for the same race, I was borderline having heat exhaustion. After seeing those results I haven't looked back on taking this supplement.

    Not that good

    Didn't really like G.1.M sport. Didn't see that it was helping me with my workouts. The lime flavor isn't that great either.

    These is the best drink i take with my runs with my son wouldnt make it without it marathons and triathlon etc. carrying 180lb extra you need these energy to keep up and make it
