We recommend mixing 1 scoop of Flight and 1 scoop of Endopump, together, in 12-14 oz of cold water and consuming about 30 minutes prior to your weight training workouts. Take 1 scoop (5 grams) of Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate once a day. You can mix it with your preworkout, Whey Protein shake or just mix with water and consume. Mix 1-2 scoops of Whey Protein in 6-12 oz of cold water, milk or milk substitute. You can use the Whey Protein after a workout or throughout the day in replacement of a meal.
