Ingredients: 1 scoop of BPN Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein; ½ cup of oat flour; ¼ cup of almond flour; ½ cup pumpkin puree; 1 cup erythritol or granulated sweetener; For toppings: 2 tbsp sugar or coconut sugar &amp; 1 tsp cinnamon; 2 eggs; ½ tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1/8 tsp salt
