Eggnog Protein Mug Cake
Mug cakes have always been a go-to easy dessert. This one takes advantage of classic winter flavors to give you a holiday feel in a protein packed favorite. If you’re a fan of eggnog you’re going to love this!
¼ cup eggnog
1 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 scoop BPN vanilla protein
Crushed candy cane (for garnish)
In a bowl mix together eggnog, coconut oil, and egg. Then mix in flour, baking powder, and protein.
Spray the inside of a mug with nonstick spray. Pour batter into the mug.
Microwave until done.
This will depend on the size and shape of the mug, and if you like it a little undercooked or not. For me it was about 2 and a half minutes, but I suggest doing a minute at a time and checking it periodically.
Garnish with crushed candy cane and enjoy!
