Definitely go up 1-2 sizes. I’m 5’8” 155lbs and my measurements said the medium was right fit but ended up being way too tight. Customer support was excellent and got me a large even before refunding the medium. Been using for a couple months and no more knee pain. Pads have loosened up a hair and fit is perfectly tight now. Pattern design is dope too.

Great, super supportive knee sleeve! It was a bit of a learning curve putting these on. Very snug, I’d recommend anybody sizes up. Once in place they’re surprisingly comfortable!!! Overall really happy with this purchase!

Everyone was saying to size up so I went up one size but they didn’t fit over my calf so I ended up going up two sizes from the true size I should be based on my measurement. Other wise these have been great knee sleeves, love using them!

I bought these after using the old SBD's for about 3 years. I did not size up, as I was hoping for a more snug fit than what I had with the previous pair of sleeves.
I've had about 4 sessions in them so far and they have done well. The only noticeable thing different from my previous sleeves is that they feel a little rougher on the back part of my knee. This also might be because of the tighter fit. I don't have to much to compare to as I've only had 2 pairs of sleeves before these.
All in all, they are doing the job and I have no complaints. For reference, I'm 5'7, 295 lbs with larger calves and larger quads.

They are very thick! That’s good! But the one size up is definitely not enough. I’d say go maybe like 2 or 3 sizes up. The 3xl sizes I was able to barely get them on and it was definitely difficult but they tight around my calves and knee so that’s a good. I might have to switch to the 4xl. Because it feels like they are cutting off circulation at the bottom. And I didn’t think I had calves like that lol.

These are dope! A little tough to get on, but you have a routine the absolute best sleeves I've ever used. Some may complain about how still they are but that's what I was looking for. In regards to size I'm about an xl, but I have big calves so I had to get too sizes bigger. If you are consistently in the gym they are definitely worth the price. Also, when I did have to get replacements they were quick to respond and I got them with 2 days.

4xl size to fit knees . Like mark bell sling shot provides support for the lift ( had two knee surgeries past three years) . Note there are very stiff ! More stiff than mark bell knee sleeves . But love the logo

I have used much cheaper sleeves in the past and the size can very drastically. I would recommend measuring your calf size as well. I originally sized down and that was a mistake. I was not able to get the sleeves past my calf. However, Eric over at customer service took care of me and got me into the right size. It has now been about 3 months using the Gangsta sleeves and they make a huge difference. The stability I feel using has really helped push up my squat numbers. I am very happy with these sleeves and would defiantly recommend for anyone for anyone lifting heavy.

I had trouble with the sizing of knee sleeves. I have bigger than average legs & calves, and the size from chart said I was a Large, but the Large were very small on me, barely fit around my calves. I ended up having to go all the way to a 3XL, and those fit really well. I love wearing them for BB squats & BB lunges, truly do love the knee sleeves and the comfortability of them. I would recommend them to anyone who does heavier lifting on the lower body, to get best results.
