Alpha GPC is considered to be one of the most effective brain nutrients in the world. It has an interesting utility in "mind-to-muscle" sports nutrition, where it acts to optimize muscular output, sharpen agility and also delay mental fatigue. This is due to its action involving motor unit activation of muscle fibers and subsequent muscle contraction, as well as due to its mental sharpness benefits.
Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid and a precursor for epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. These chemicals primarily produce alertness, increased energy, and improved mental focus.
We used two different sources of caffeine in this product. The first is Caffeine Anhydrous, and the second is DiCaffeine Malate (Infinergy®).
Caffeine Anhydrous stimulates the central nervous system by blocking adenosine, a neurotransmitter that normally causes a calming effect in the body. Ingestion of caffeine before exercise has been found to provide extended endurance in moderately strenuous training.
DiCaffeine Malate is 75% caffeine and 25% malic acid. The added malic acid serves as a buffer to the caffeine, which eases the digestion and promotes an elongated effect, minimizing the expected energy crash. You can expect a more leveled and consistent feeling of energy.
Teacrine® is a naturally occurring chemical that is similar to caffeine. It has been shown to activate dopamine receptors and increase energy, without irritability or crash and jitters. When paired with caffeine and Dynamine®, you can expect improved energy, focus, motivation and cognitive support.
