HOW TO USE
- Add 1 scoop to 15-20 oz of water and mix.

INGREDIENTS
Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine Anhydrous stimulates the central nervous system by blocking adenosine, a neurotransmitter that normally causes a calming effect in the body. Ingestion of caffeine before exercise has been found to provide extended endurance in moderately strenuous training.
Alpha GPC
Alpha GPC is consideredĀ to be one of the most effective brain nutrients in the world. It has an interesting utility in "mind-to-muscle" sports nutrition, where it acts to optimize muscular output, sharpen agility and also delay mental fatigue. This is due to its action involving motor unit activation of muscle fibers and subsequent muscle contraction, as well as due to its mental sharpness benefits.
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine
Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid and a precursor for epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. These chemicals primarily produce alertness, increased energy, and improved mental focus.
Cluster DextrinĀ®
Cluster DextrinĀ® is known as Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (HBCD). Cluster DextrinĀ® has a high molecular weight and is very fast gastric emptying. This means that itĀ passes through your stomach at a faster rate, compared to other carbohydrate sources, which makes it more readily available for your body to use as energy without stomach discomfort or bloating (due to Cluster DextrinĀ®'s low osmotic pressure).
In addition to Cluster DextrinĀ®'s fast gastric emptying rate, it also provides a sustained release of energy without a sudden spike in blood sugar or insulin response.
Electrolytes
We decided to source the sodium from Pink HimalayanĀ Salt, which is free of additives and naturally contains up to 84 different minerals in trace amounts.
Our other electrolytes are sourced from AlbionĀ®, a trusted source of safe, proven, and effective organic minerals. If youāre and endurance athlete looking for that extra pick me up before a workout this is the product for you. If youāre on the fence whether or not this product is right for you , get off the fence and get in the game . This stuff is the future of endurance training and sport and Endurance sport is future of health and fitness. During hard efforts I usually start out with a scoop of G1m sport plus to get me ready to go and if the training takes me into a longer effort I add in G1m sport (og) throughout the workout to sustain my energy and effort. As a construction worker I often times is G1m sport before and during work. This stuff is legit , it works so get off the fence and go get yourself some.

Originally I was a little skeptical with all the hype and marketing behind this product but bought it because I know BPN is a great and honest company who I get most of my supplements from anyway. I used this product for 4-5 early morning runs and holy crap is it awesome. It does everything that Nick and the influencer team says it does. I totally got locked into my runs and they pretty much flew by. For me so far it seems to eliminate that ārun suckā feeling when you know you have to get a run in but donāt want to. Totally 5 stars would recommend to anyone especially for the early morning workouts and runs.

If youāre looking for the perfect drink prior to your longer or more challenging runs, this is it. Good mix of ingredients to get your energy levels up and keep you properly hydrated for the workout. Be sure to mix it really good prior to drinking because some of the powder will glob together if you want too long to mix.
