HOW TO USE
- Mix 1 Go Pack (1 serving) in 12-16 oz of water and consume as necessary to improve your hydration and electrolyte balance.

Our electrolytes are sourced from Albion®, a trusted source of safe, proven, and effective organic minerals. The proven effectiveness of Albion® minerals, chelated for better absorption, ensures your confidence in our product. They are more easily absorbed into the human body and have been scientifically proven to cause less gastric upset.
Each serving of our electrolyte powder supplies 500mg of sodium, 200mg of potassium, 50mg of calcium, 25mg of magnesium, and 700mg of chloride.

I just completed my first ever Marathon Prep and these electrolytes were an absolute staple from start to finish.
I picked up running about 6 months ago and I credit much of my development to this product, as I was taking anywhere from 2-3 servings per day.
I started my subscription in August and fast forward a couple months, I'm creeping up on Day 160 of my run streak.
There isn't another electrolyte that compares in terms of taste and effectiveness, so I won't be cancelling my subscription for as long as I'm running.
