Live this stuff! Salted watermelon is my favorite and got me through my first 50 miler down in Key West at the Keys 100! The heat was brutal with real feel temps over a hu dred and I gladly took in just over 4 gallons of liquids with BPN electrolytes. Honestly, everything I have had is top notch!!!

I have really enjoyed using this product. As a middle distance runner I need more electrolytes. I used to get packets from another leading hydration product at the local Pharmacy but it was way more expensive, wasteful from all the packaging, and had more sugar.
This product tastes great, is a great value for all the servings and I definitely notice a difference in how I feel post run compared to the other products.
Currently I'm drinking the Watermelon flavor which does taste great, I would love more flavor options in the future just to "change it up"
