I have three of these—black, yellow, and the original red one. I used the red one for most of my runs. This summer has been specifically brutal, and between the heat and how much I sweat, the lettering started to peel off.

I reached out to BPN to see if they had any tips for fixing it—and honestly, I felt a little silly for having bought the exact same hat in three colors. But they responded right away and offered to replace it with a new one, which I gladly accepted. The new one fits great—though I’d be remiss if I didn’t admit I miss the original lettering! Now this one is officially my running hat, the black one’s for the gym, and the yellow one’s for hiking.

This hat has been a staple on top of my dome since I received it. The only thing I would say is that I did have to get sent a replacement because the first one after only one wash and following the care instructions carefully; the letter's on the from started to peel off. The reason I am still giving it 5 stars is that Eric in the Customer Experience Team was AMAZING!!! He turned a replacement around for me immediately and was by far the best customer service I have experienced from a company in a long time. So much so that I had to be one of the 10,000 to get the camo hat (which I was). The only way I could do it was to have my wife get on and order for me since I was out for the Army and unable to order myself. What this did is made my wife order things for me and I specifically told her to order items from me to her. She loved every thing I mentioned and is now on the creatine since Stef said it was her 'go-to'. This whole experience has created a BPN family for life. We love all you guys!

This hat has been my 5am run companion for over 650+ miles on the way to 1500+. I love the all purpose fit. I will own every single color soon. The hat is light, breathable, and fast drying. The Florida humidity has put the hat to the test! I love the wear on the hat. It reflects how far we have gone and still have to go!
