What time does the sale start?
July 7th at 10am CST, sale ends July 8th at 11:59pm CST.
Will G.1.M. Sport+ be included in the sale?
Yup - everything will be discounted. Please note that at this time, it can only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. If the item is in your shopping cart and it cannot be shipped to the address provided, you will receive an error message and will need to remove the item from your cart to complete checkout.
Can I build my order before the sale and complete checkout once it has began?
No, any items in your cart before the sale starts will not receive sale pricing. Set a reminder for 10am CST so you can complete your order quickly.
What discounts are being offered?
20% off sitewide, and all new subscriptions will receive 20% off as long they’re active.
Can I get early access to the sale?
The sale will start at the same time for everyone, 10am CST on Monday, July 7.
How can I receive the free Ciele Hat?
The first 10,000 orders that exceed $99 USD will receive the hat. We expect these to move quickly and advise that you be ready to shop as soon as the sale starts.
Note that a single order is required, multiple orders with a combined total that meets or exceeds $99 USD will not qualify for the hat.
Is the new Ciele hat a limited edition?
While this may see a restock, it’s encouraged to try to snag one as the sale starts to secure yours.
How will I know if my order received the hat?
Once an order has been submitted and we’ve confirmed your hat during fulfillment, you can expect a separate email to inform you. Nothing will be included on the order confirmation page or email. We appreciate your patience during this time period.
How will existing subscriptions work during the sale?
Existing subscriptions will not receive sale discounts. If you have a subscription scheduled to run during the sale, we suggest skipping that order and to place a one-time order to get the best price, or cancelling and creating a new subscription to lock in the 20% subscription discount.
Subscription orders are not eligible to receive the free Ciele hat, a separate order will need to be placed with an order total that exceeds $99 USD, while supplies last.
Will the military discount and First Responder discount be valid during the sale?
Your discounts will not stack on top of sale prices, but worry not - sale discounts exceed the 15% you typically receive, so you’re getting the best deal. You will then receive your 15% discount again once the sale has ended.
Can I stack discount codes?
No, during the BPN Summer Sale, 20% off will automatically be applied at checkout and no other discounts are eligible.
Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed. If you have placed an order incorrectly, please create a new order with the desired items. Then, email [email protected] with the order number you wish to cancel and we’ll do our best to cancel it. In the event that it cannot be cancelled, you are welcome to submit a return request for a refund once you receive your package.
If your order is already in fulfillment or you have received a shipping notification email, we cannot cancel the order.
Will Summer Sale discounts be available outside of the United States?
Yes, all discounts are available to our entire customer base.
Will shipping times be affected by the sale?
Since order volume is high, we do anticipate order fulfillment to take a little longer than normal. Our fulfillment timeline during the sale is 3-7 business days to get the package out with the carrier and an additional 2-8 business days for transit and delivery, depending on your region.
Delivery timelines are always an estimate but tracking will be available so you know when to anticipate your order once it ships.
How long will it take to hear from customer support?
Things get super busy for our team during this time so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't worry - we'll be working round the clock to answer your DMs, texts, and emails.
Please refrain from submitting multiple requests to contact our team. All emails are responded to in the order that they were received and additional emails will only bump the original email to the bottom of the queue.
What if I miss the sale, can sale discounts still be received?
Summer Sale pricing is only available during the sale period (July 7-8). If you just missed it, BPN products will be discounted on Amazon for Prime Days from July 9-11.
