I got back into running at least a 5k a day and on the hot days here in Texas, I found myself with “cottonmouth” by the end of the run. It made it hard to PR no matter how much water I drank before. Yes it’s a short distance but G1M sport made the difference. I was completely hydrated and felt like I could run forever at a faster pace, which is what happened. I can’t run without G1M now. Total game changer and 100% recommend.

Worth the money$$ my endurance level is continuing to improve. I’m stay hydrated and I over feel way better. Didn’t really realize how bad I was actually struggling until I had been drinking this stuff for a week. Day one I knew , this supplement was going to carry me to the finish line of my longest battle and even further!!

By far the best endurance training supplements in the market, focusing on nutrition and supplementing properly has excelled my training and BPNs products have added an extra edge to that, simple flavours easy to go down, although shipping costs and tax to Australia can be a bit of a kick up the ass, it’s worth every cent
