Great tasting meal replacement. Good consistency once you find the right amount of powder to add for your preference. Held my hunger back way longer than I thought it would. I had it for breakfast with some almond milk around 6am and I wasn’t hungry till about 3pm. Definitely recommend for anyone that has a busy schedule and just can’t always find the time to cook a meal up.

I work an 8 to 5 (sometimes longer), Jiu Jitsu at 6:45. Training is important to me, but it means nothing without the necessary preparation and nutrition. With little time in between to consume a physical meal, I turned to BPN’s Strong Food. After waiting a few months to write a review and receive a decent sample size, I am now ready to share with you all that this is the best meal supplement I have ever tried. I’m not going to any other supplement competitor moving forward. My mental and physical game is zoned in when I take this and my recovery is expedited. I cannot write enough about this product.
