1. How do I log in to the BPN Training app?
If you already have an account on the BPN website, you can log in with your current account credentials. For those who don’t yet have an account with us, you can sign up for free!
If you experience any issues while attempting to log in, or if you need assistance, you can reset your password from the log in screen. For further questions, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Why is the app free? What’s the catch?
There is no catch! BPN Training is free for anyone willing to commit to their goals and Go One More®. The BPN Training app is our way of providing you with personalized, quality resources at no cost, so you can live a stronger, healthier life!
And before you ask, there are no hidden payments to use this app! No paywalls, just effective training, and results, for free, aka ‘zero dollars’, aka ‘zilch’, aka ‘you train you don’t pay’... I think you get the point!
3. When will new programs be added to the app?
New programs will be added to the app in the coming months! Make sure to turn on automatic updates for the BPN Training app, so you see each new plan as they become available.
4. How do I know if BPN Training is for me?
Our training programs are for anyone who has a goal and can use intentional training from expert coaches to help them achieve it. Plus, each program is personalized based on your current strength and speed metrics.
5. What style of training does the app offer?
BPN Training isn’t ‘cookie cutter’ programming. Each program is designed for performance gains from start-to-finish. We currently have training plans for 5K, half marathon, full marathon, and hybrid athletes; plus, we will continually add new programs.
6. I don’t have access to gym equipment, can I still train?
Before beginning a program, you will see a label of whether equipment is required! Currently, all running programs (5K, half marathon, and marathon) can be completed without access to a gym. More programs will be released in the coming months!
