What is Collagen?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and serves as a building block for connective tissue. It makes up roughly one-third of your body's protein composition, and is a major component for skin elasticity, bone density, tendons, muscles, and cartilage. As you age, your body gradually produces lower amounts of collagen, which can cause poor joint mobility, brittle bones, skin wrinkles, and weaker hair and nails.
Can this be mixed with all the other Bare Supplements? Or is this better on it’s own? With food or without food? Any particular time of day to take? Or anytime in the day? Sorry for all the questions, I am new to supplements and the world of fitness. As someone who doesn’t eat meat I have been researching this for a long time. But, hard for me to trust other supplement companies out there. I trust Bare Performance, so I will be purchasing this when it comes available. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter. G1M all the way!!
