The Easiest Dessert To Eat To Put On Muscle

This one goes out to those who need help getting their calories in during their bulk. It can often be a struggle, but this just made it easier. It is thick, decadent, and will crush your me. With a high fat and protein content, it will keep you satiated for hours.

This best part? It only has 5 ingredients. 

Here's what you'll need:

  • 20g of Strawberry Shortcake BPN Whey
  • 100g of Ripened Banana
  • 2 tablespoons (10g) of Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter 
  • Sweetener (optional)


  1. In a small bowl, place your banana and mash it so that no chunks are left. This makes it easier for mixing. 
  2. Once mashed, place the rest of your ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In a mug or small bowl of your choosing, either grease it using coconut oil/butter or you can use cooking spray to ensure that nothing will stick to the sides. Let's face it...this is the worst. 
  5. Throw it in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds. 1 minute should do the trick. 
  6. Test it. How do you know it is cooked? Well, take a fork to it! Poke holes and if the fork comes out clean you are ready to go!
  7. Let it cool for a few so your don't burn your mouth and dive in. Tip: add chocolate chips.
