This one goes out to those who need help getting their calories in during their bulk. It can often be a struggle, but this just made it easier. It is thick, decadent, and will crush your cravings..trust me. With a high fat and protein content, it will keep you satiated for hours.
This best part? It only has 5 ingredients.
Here's what you'll need:
- 20g of Strawberry Shortcake BPN Whey
- 100g of Ripened Banana
- 2 tablespoons (10g) of Cocoa Powder
- 1.5 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
- Sweetener (optional)
- In a small bowl, place your banana and mash it so that no chunks are left. This makes it easier for mixing.
- Once mashed, place the rest of your ingredients.
- Mix well.
- In a mug or small bowl of your choosing, either grease it using coconut oil/butter or you can use cooking spray to ensure that nothing will stick to the sides. Let's face it...this is the worst.
- Throw it in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds. 1 minute should do the trick.
- Test it. How do you know it is cooked? Well, take a fork to it! Poke holes and if the fork comes out clean you are ready to go!
- Let it cool for a few so your don't burn your mouth and dive in. Tip: add chocolate chips.
