Dieting? Super low on carbs? Well...what if I told you that you could have 2 cups of cereal for 28g of carbs and then throw in 26g of protein. Crazy, right? Well, this is meal has been amazing to have post-workout for me, personally. It makes for a happy dieter and a happy stomach. 

Here is what you'll need: 

  • 2 cups (32g) of Puffed Rice of Puffed Kamut Cereal  (Amazon, Target, Costco, Whole Foods etc.)
  •  1/2 cup (120g) of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop of BPN Whey 

That's it. Simple. Easy. Quick. 

Macros: 265 calories; 32g of carbs, 4g of fat, 26g of protein
