PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN SHAKE

MACROS: 35g CARBS | 7g FAT | 27g PROTEIN

- 1 scoop BPN Cinnamon Roll or Vanilla Whey Protein ⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1 cup milk or milk substitute⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1/2 banana⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 1 pinch ground cloves⁣⁣⁣⁣
- handful of ice cubes⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Top with extra cinnamon or fat-free whipped cream.⁣⁣⁣⁣
