PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN SHAKE
MACROS: 35g CARBS | 7g FAT | 27g PROTEIN
- 1 scoop BPN Cinnamon Roll or Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 cup milk or milk substitute
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- handful of ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Top with extra cinnamon or fat-free whipped cream.
