Fruity Cereal Protein Donuts

Well, that is what we did using our Fruity Cereal Whey Protein Powder!

  • 1/2 cup (60g) whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten free)
  • 1 scoop Fruity Cereal Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain, nonfat Greek yogurt 
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup (40g) fruity cereal
  • Sweetener to taste*


  • 1 scoop Fruity Cereal Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 15g erythritol sweetener (optional depending how sweet you want the glaze)
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (40g) Fruity Cereal (for topping)



  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  2. Mix flour, protein powder, salt, baking soda, and sweetener in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together egg, milk or almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. 
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Gently stir together until a smooth batter forms. Fold in fruity cereal. 
  4. Pour batter into a piping bag or gallon ziploc bag and fill donut baking sheet.
  5. Bake 350F for 8-10 mins.
  6. Allow protein donuts to cool before adding frosting.
  7. Mix all frosting ingredients, except for fruity cereal, in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth and no clumps of protein powder.
  8. Add fruity cereal to a plate or bowl. Dip each cooled donut in frosting, then in fruity cereal. Enjoy!
