We understand that many gyms and fitness facilities are currently closing or limiting the hours due to COVID-19. For many people this disrupts their normal workout routines, which enables them to stay strong and healthy. It is more important than ever to maintain your level of fitness, break a sweat, get your heart-rate pumping and exercise.
The Bare Performance Nutrition team has created this home training workout guide, which offers three workouts that can be completed twice a week for a total of six workouts. It focuses on:
- Bodyweight movements
- Chest, Back, Triceps, Legs, Core and Cardiovascular Conditioning
- 4, 3 mile runs per week
