- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 scoop BPN Blueberry Muffin Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk or milk substitute
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix until smooth.
2. Cover & place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
