Eggnog Protein Donuts


½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour

1 scoop (34g) BPN Cinnamon Roll Whey Protein Powder (or Vanilla)

3 tbsp (46g) liquid egg whites (or 1 whole egg)

¼ cup (56g) plain, nonfat greek yogurt

⅓ cup (80g) eggnog

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

¾ tsp baking powder


1 scoop (33g) BPN Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or Cinnamon Roll)

⅓ cup (80g) eggnog*

Sprinkle of cinnamon for topping (optional)



*I used an almond milk eggnog for this recipe because it is lower in sugar and calories. Feel free to use any eggnog of choice.



  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all donut ingredients to a bowl. Gently stir together until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter into a plastic/piping bag. 
  2. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. Cut the tip off the bag and pipe the batter into 6 spots in the donut pan. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Check at 8 minutes and be careful not to over-bake, or they will dry out. 
  3. Once donuts are baked, let completely cool before adding glaze (can put in fridge/freezer to speed this up). Mix all glaze ingredients until smooth. Dip each donut in glaze and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!


Yield: 6 donuts
